You must have a referral from your GP or another specialist to see Dr Payne.
This can be delivered to our practice by fax, email, post or in person
Once Dr Payne has reviewed the referral, an initial consultation will be arranged.
Waiting times vary and will depend on current workload and urgency.
URGENT appointments are available if requested by your GP
Please bring to your initial consultation your:
Medicare card
Aged pension or DVA card (if applicable)
Private Health Insurance details (if applicable)
If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact our practice as soon as possible so that your appointment time may be given to another patient.
